Return and Refund Policy
At Ink Pop, each product is printed specifically for you once you place an order. Because we use a print-on-demand process through our partner Qik Ink, we have a specific set of guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if the print quality is noticeably poor, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Timeframe: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Evidence: Please email us at anjalirajwade2023@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item/print.
2. Incorrect Items Sent
If we sent you the wrong size, color, or design compared to what you ordered, we will ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.
3. Size Exchanges & Change of Mind
Because our items are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer. (Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering).

Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

Slight color variations between screen brightness and physical fabric.
4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. If the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting the local courier service first. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Refund Process
Once your claim for a damaged/incorrect item is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
